The study was done by:
Review and assess the fast-food industry in Palestine in terms of market structure, market demand/supply, and market saturation. In addition, this assignment is going to analyze different strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) perspectives for the fast-food industry on the West Bank.
Competition Analysis: identify and analyze the competitors in the West Bank and research their different marketing strategies. In addition, this assignment is going to analyze the competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, market shares, customer bases, business portfolios, relation growth rates, and profitability.
>> Comprehensive Feasibility Study for Cyber Security System.
This comprehensive feasibility study provides a market and financial feasibility study which explores the situational analysis and potential demand for data security solutions, such as data security and clouding, in the Palestinian market. Moreover, this study estimated the total revenues for data security solutions by development model and by sector from 2023-2027.
This study provides a financial feasibility study where comprehensive financial and economic analysis has been presented. Moreover, this market study aims to better understand how various organizations in the West Bank and Gaza (hereafter WB&G) such as; banks, hospitals, universities, businesses, NGOs, and governmental entities, secure their data internally and externally and what the different data security solutions used.

Investment Company.
Conducting an evaluation of the company's performance, its financial position and its current administrative status.
Develop an administrative development plan, including the organizational and administrative structure, job description, and distribution of powers.
Designing two work systems for financial and administrative affairs.
